Budgets given by the customer are respected and we then either present options for new furniture ranges or indeed reconfigure existing with minimal acquisition.

It is also essential that all possible space is utilised to its maximum potential, for example – making sure that any breakout areas and café/dining facilities have suitable areas that lend themselves to informal meeting spaces if this mirrors the Company protocols. Meeting rooms must pull their weight also, encouraging usage by making the space work for a variety of settings. Technology and flexibility is key to supporting these spaces.

Creating a plan that brings all of the components together with a visualisation of what it will feel like to work in the new way, combined with an understanding of the costs involved is a vital driver for the budgeting process.
